INSURANCE INFORMATION

Coverage for osteopathic treatment varies by insurance plan.

⚠ Canada Life plans currently do not cover osteopathic treatment provided by DOMP practitioners.

Please verify your coverage before booking.

We do not process:
• WSIB claims
• Motor Vehicle Accident claims
• OHIP-covered services

Services are available through private insurance or self-payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged the full service fee.
